Hola amigos
En estoy días estuve tratando de instalar Windows 2012 en VMware, pero al intentarlo me desplegaba un error que decia,

Investigando sobre el tema encontre que desafortunadamente VMware WorkStation no soporta Windows 8 ni Windows 2012 server para poderlo hacer se debe tener VMWare 8 o 9

Por ahi me consegui en VMWare 9 que posee soporte para virtualización y efectivamente funciono

A veces por alguna razon todo esta bien y pumm uno no se conecta y sale un error come este en el eventviewer

Entonces toca iniciar una sesión por consola, y cambiar el dafault_database
– Sql autentication
sqlcmd -S ISQLSHP -d TableroControlDW -U sa -P *******
– windows autentication
sqlcmd -S CSQLSHP\ISQLSHP -d TableroControlDW
Luego ejecutar
1>ALTER LOGIN sa WITH DEFAULT_DATABASE = availableDB
2>GO
ó
1>ALTER LOGIN [domain\user] WITH DEFAULT_DATABASE = availableDB
2>GO
Luego Enter Cuando se ejecuta el comando se le cambia la clave a sa Entonces en bueno ejecutar la sentencia
ALTER LOGIN sa WITH PASSWORD = ”

The solution was unable de recicly bin
– Right click on the “Recycle Bin” icon. A window will open
– Click on the “Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted” copy from (http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Clustering/68967/)
El AppPool de SharePoint se cae al primer ingreso February 24, 2010

Hola
En estos días he tenido un problema complicado ya que he instalado SharePoint en una configuración de alto desempeño con un NLB de Windows 2008, pero en el momento de ingresar al sitio se observa un mensaje de error.
- Service Unavailable
- HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
Cuando observe los AppPool en el IIS 7.0 estaban detenidos, acto seguido intente iniciarlos, e iniciaron correctamente. Pero cuando intente ingresar a los sitios de SharePoint No ingresaban.
La solución a este problema es agregar el usuario que ejecuta el Pool a las políticas de Log on as a service y en Log on as a batch Del dominio para realizar esta tarea se debe realizar los siguientes pasos.
- Ingresar a GroupPolicyManagement ejecutar gpmc.msc
- DefaultDomainPolicy click derecho edit
- Computer
- Polices
- WndowsSettings
- SecuritySettings
- LocalPolices
- UserRightsAssigment
- Agregar el usuario que ejecuta el pool
Para realizar este cambio es necesario tener permisos de Enterprise Administrador dentro del Dominio en Cuestión.
Esto aplica si los AppPool están configurados para que corran con un usuario diferente al de NetWorkSystem
